Sorry for the late upload, we had difficulties uploading because of the low bandwidth where we stay.
We went for a hike in the beautiful new hiking trail near Long Lake.
Last week we did a family photo shoot as Superheroes, Went to the playground and had a Rosh Hashanah dinner.
Making a fitted sheet for your baby’s crib is easier than you think.
What you’ll need is the following:
The fabric you chose, measuring 44″X68″
A sewing machine (I have the SINGER machine and it’s so simple – I love it)
A 1/4″ or 1/2″ wide elastic (click HERE for elastic)
In most cases, like in this one, it’ll be more cost effective to make your own than to buy a new one. And in addition, the patterns and possibilities here are endless!!
To make things easier before you start, make sure you have a pre- cut piece of paper measuring 8″X8″. And now that you have it, you’re ready to watch the video 🙂
This week Maya made sheets for Reef’s baby bed, and a hammock for stuffed animals, we had a birthday party in our house as well, and the kids built a giant Jenga tower.
Last weekend we went to a corn maze which is something we do every fall, this time we went to a place we haven’t been to before, and got lost.
Beside the corn maze they had lots of fun activities for kids and adults.
This week the kids went back to school, a bit sad for all of us…
Shai made them a salad in a jar for their school’s lunch.
This week Shai lost one of her teeth but still had to go to the dentist to remove others, Maya and the kids went to Cherry Berry, We had some karaoke, and went biking and longboarding.
We tried our new longboard which was awesome!
Shai has found a new way to use snapchat without snapchat, we went to the lake, Maya made delicious Challah bread and cinnamon rolls, and we all went to the oval for skating, roller blading and bike!
This week we had a photoshoot with Reef, Shai made her own play-dough, and Maya converted an old coffee table into a gaming table!
